Job summary

Bristol Hospice Orange County in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for full-time, hourly positions. You will work under RN supervision, provide bedside care, personal hygiene, and comfort to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.

We offer a Sweet Dreams program, competitive hourly pay of $24–$27, paid time off, benefits, and opportunities for advanced training within a mission-driven, patient-centered hospice team.

Qualifications

• Certification required per state regulations.
• Prefer 1 year hospice or medical/surgical experience.
• Minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised training.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Background check and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and families.
• Provide bedside care including personal hygiene and comfort.
• Perform bedtime care and routine tasks.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the Case Manager.
• Assist with ambulation and activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and adhere to care plans.
