Job summary

Elite Home Care is seeking an Evening Scheduler to manage client and caregiver scheduling from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will serve as the crucial link between clients, caregivers, and our office team, ensuring timely communication, coverage of shifts, and high-quality in-home care.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organization, with a focus on coordinating care for adults across acute, residential, and long-term settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with adults in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
• Build and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.
• Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.
• Send detailed shift reports to the care team.
• Step in during call-outs to find coverage and keep services consistent.
• Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

Position Summary

As a the Evening Scheduler from 12:30pm-9pm Monday through Friday, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll make sure schedules run smoothly, caregivers are supported, and clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30 - 9 pm
