We provide services throughout the state of South Carolina. This is an in office position every OTHER weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am - 7 pm. The Scheduler is chiefly responsible for managing the schedule for all clients for multiple

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and healthcare preferred.
• Experience working with older adults with memory concerns (Alzheimer's, Dementia).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Saturday and Sunday 7am–7pm (every other weekend).

Responsibilities

• Manage weekend schedules for multiple offices.
• Monitor clock-ins and ensure all caregivers are present for shifts.
• Answer calls from caregivers and clients and assist with their needs.
• Arrange replacement caregivers when a call-out occurs.

General Description

The Scheduler is chiefly responsible for managing the schedule for all clients for multiple offices on the weekends. The applicant must have excellent communication and customer service skills. The applicant should also be comfortable with learning new computer applications. Scheduler is responsible for monitoring all clock ins, ensuring all caregivers are present at their shift. The scheduler will answer calls from caregivers and clients and assist with their needs. The scheduler will also manage caregiver call outs by trying to find a replacement caregiver when a call out occurs.

Education/Experience requirements

• Preferred experience with scheduling and healthcare
• Experience in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings.
• Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Saturday and Sunday 7am - 7 pm (Every other weekend)
