Job summary

Elite Home Care is a fast-growing non-medical home care provider dedicated to helping seniors and young people with disabilities live independently at home. We seek a Scheduler to be the linchpin between clients, caregivers, and the office, ensuring smooth schedules and quality care.

The Scheduler role is fast-paced and rewards problem-solving, communication, and detail orientation. Typical hours Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm–9:00 pm, with opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with young adults and seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally for scheduling needs.
• Fill open shifts and communicate assignments to clients and caregivers.
• Monitor missed or late shifts and follow up with caregivers.
• Create detailed shift reports for the care team.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll make sure schedules run smoothly, caregivers are supported, and clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.

• Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.

• Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.

• Create detailed shift reports for the care team.

• Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Working with young adults and seniors in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 pm - 9 pm
