Elite Home Care in South Carolina seeks a reliable Home Care Scheduler to coordinate client appointments, caregiver assignments, and daily routes. You will act as the communication hub between clients, families, and our care team, ensuring timely scheduling and service quality.

The role is Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 9 pm, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and compassionate service in a fast-paced home care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Working with young adults and seniors in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
• Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.
• Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.
• Create detailed shift reports for the care team.
• Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll make sure schedules run smoothly, caregivers are supported, and clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Do
