Job summary

Elite Home Care is seeking a Scheduler in Greer, SC to coordinate between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This full-time role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail to keep schedules running smoothly and ensure quality care.

You’ll fill open shifts, monitor shifts, and communicate assignments while collaborating with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs. Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm–9 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in care settings or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll make sure schedules run smoothly, caregivers are supported, and clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
• Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.
• Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.
• Create detailed shift reports for the care team.
• Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Working with young adults and seniors in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:30 pm - 9 pm
