This full-time role reports to the Guest Services Manager and requires a high school diploma with grocery leadership experience; you’ll manage service quality, safety, and department operations while maintaining the store's friendly culture.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; 1 year in grocery and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong decision-making skills for managing afternoon/evening shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, educate, and train team members.
• Safety awareness and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Service: greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.

• Drive Guest Service Excellence: set performance expectations and guide associates to high standards.
• Support Team Growth: develop and supervise Guest Services staff, including training.
