Responsibilities

• Lead and support Center Store departments across multiple sections.
• Step in for Center Store Manager in their absence and maintain standards.
• Train and coach associates to ensure high performance.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director and department managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Verify timekeeping and address scheduling issues with HR.
• Assist guests with product location and special orders.
