Festival Foods in Neenah, WI, is seeking a Guest Services Assistant Department Manager. This full-time role reports to the Guest Services Manager and leads a team to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to policies while optimizing schedules and maintaining safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant, front desk or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with guests and team members.
• Team-oriented with passion for training and developing staff.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assist the Guest Services Manager with department operations and policy adherence.
• Mentor and train associates, including onboarding and training sessions.
• Oversee daily guest services operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Create schedules using labor tools to balance guest needs and budgets.
