• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills to lead, educate, and train others.
• Thorough understanding of safety policies and ability to apply safety training on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful guest service and address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Uphold Festival Foods culture and lead the team during afternoon and evening shifts.
• Drive guest service excellence by setting and meeting performance expectations.
• Support team growth and supervision, including Bagger training and a customer-focused environment.
• Oversee department productivity and labor to meet business needs and goals.
• Maintain loss prevention policies and enforce safety programs to ensure a secure workplace.
• Ensure regular attendance and proper notice for absences; collaborate with the team on other duties.
