You’ll mentor staff, manage daily operations, optimize schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences across the department.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant, front desk or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
