Job summary

White Lodging in Charlotte seeks a Guest Services Agent (AYS) to serve as the primary contact for guest requests and in-room dining orders. You will respond to calls, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure exceptional service with a detail-oriented, guest-focused approach.

This PM position features a 3:00 pm–11:30 pm schedule, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with MICROS POS.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MICROS POS and hotel systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls promptly and professionally, providing solutions or dispatching service requests as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs and follow up for timely resolution.
• Take in-room dining orders and upsell menu items.
• Input and process orders through the POS system accurately for timely delivery.
• Maintain call logs, guest request tracking, and daily shift records.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Monitor outstanding requests and ensure completion before shift end.
• Follow emergency procedures and stay calm and professional.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of guest and hotel information.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety standards.
