Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Minnesota seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a program supporting individuals with IDD. The role combines supervision of DSPs, program planning, and compliance duties, with direct service during non-supervisory hours.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm–8:00 pm, paid at $20.50 per hour. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, customer engagement, regulatory compliance, and, when applicable, oversight of the physical environment.
• Provide direct support during non-supervisory hours.
