Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a caregiver team and coordinate ISP implementation on a full-time basis. Work schedule is Mon-Thu 7a-3p with on-call duties; a valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Expect direct support, staff oversight, and community transportation duties to support individuals with disabilities. The role offers a competitive pay rate of 16.25 per hour with full benefits for 30+ hours/week and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Driver’s License must be active for over 1 year.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
