Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Minnesota to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is essential to deliver coordinated services and ISP goals.

You will supervise a team of Caregivers, assist with daily activities, transportation, and community outings, while ensuring seamless program operations. This full-time position offers varied hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
