Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a Program Supervisor in Minnesota to lead a team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will facilitate ISP implementation, recruit and supervise caregivers, and support clients with daily activities, meals, medications, and personal care.

The role blends direct service with supervision and community involvement. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with matching, paid time off

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
