The Program Supervisor role runs Tue–Fri and alternating weekends, 8AM–4PM, with a wage of $19/hour. This position requires a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year after permit period and a clean

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports and plans.
• Ensure health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance are met across shifts.
• Maintain and review program records, billing, and census information for accuracy.
• Participate in training, evaluations, and staff scheduling to minimize overtime.
• Support program staff with incident reporting and safety procedures.
