Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee a single program, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality supports for individuals in residential and day programs.

This full-time, non-exempt role runs 8 AM–4 PM, Tue–Fri and alternating weekends; wage is $19 per hour. The supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, plans, and teamwork across shifts while supporting person-centered goals and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR meeting Sevita insurability policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, customer engagement, regulatory compliance and when applicable, oversight of the physical environment.
• Generally works 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity; and provides direct support for the remaining hours.
