Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services in Ohio is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Caregivers and support individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role runs 7a–5p, Monday through Friday, and requires a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for community transportation and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education is required.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
