Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner for an evening shift to maintain approximately 4,500–5,000 sq ft facilities. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 pm to 8 pm. Pay rate: $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include custodial work across offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas, following industry standards and safety rules. Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow safety procedures and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms and common areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, towels and soap.
• Cleans furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and related surfaces; moves items only when directed.
• Collects trash and recyclables and replaces liners as needed.
• Ensures cleaning carts are stocked and secured; reports safety hazards to supervisor.
