Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties at our Savannah facility. The position requires cleaning approximately 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour for full-time, on-site work in Savannah, GA. Training and safety procedures will be provided. High School Diploma or GED preferred, 6 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks professionally to reflect company integrity.
• Clean administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and related areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and stock supplies.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and surfaces; move items only when directed.
• Remove trash and recyclables; replace liners.
• Use safe cleaning practices and PPE as required.
• Operate within safety guidelines; report hazards to supervisor.
