Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Savannah, GA is seeking a part-time Housekeeping General Cleaner to maintain clean, safe spaces in office facilities and common areas. The role requires adherence to industry cleaning standards, timely performance of duties, and proper use of PPE.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 PM to 10 PM, with a pay rate of $15 per hour and a 25-hour workweek. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least six months of related cleaning

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the company’s integrity.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and common areas to sanitary standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms; stocks supplies such as toilet paper, towels, and soap.
• Cleans furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and surfaces; moves items only when directed by a supervisor.
• Sorts and disposes of waste properly and maintains cleanliness of trash areas.
