Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties at our facility in Marietta, GA. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 10 pm, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include full cleaning of 4,500–5,000 sq ft per hour, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across all areas. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and about six months of related experience (preferred).

Qualifications

• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow instructions using common sense.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks in a professional manner.
• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, stocks supplies.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, fixtures, windows and related surfaces.
• Empties trash and recycles; safely handles waste.
• Operates cleaning equipment and maintains safe, organized work areas.
