Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to join our facilities team in Smyrna, GA. This part-time role has a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5 pm to 7 pm, supporting the upkeep of our client properties.

You will perform routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, stock supplies, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards. A High School Diploma and up to six months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is preferred.
• Six months of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Cleans and polishes tables, benches and chairs; cleans furniture, windows and fixtures.
• Removes trash and collects recyclables; replaces liners where applicable.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards; operates cleaning equipment safely.
