Job summary

Owens Realty Services seeks a General Cleaner to perform custodial tasks across our facilities, cleaning administrative offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and aisles in line with industry standards.

This role requires reliability and the ability to work evenings; schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6 pm–10 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday 6 pm–8 pm, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is preferred.
• Six months of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks across facilities, cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Cleans and maintains bathrooms, floors, furniture, and surfaces to reflect hygiene and safety standards.
• Performs routine cleaning, secures areas, and reports safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follows infection control practices and uses PPE as required.
• Completes duties with reliability, punctuality, and adherence to schedule.
