Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner for Records, Procurement, Risk, and Internal Building in Cobb County. The role involves custodial work across offices, lobbies and restrooms, with attention to safety and cleanliness.

The position requires a current High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $15.50 per hour with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the facility to industry standards.
• Perform custodial tasks for offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and corridors.
• Clean toilets, sanitize restrooms, restock supplies and mop floors.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and surfaces.
• Collect recyclables and waste, replace liners as needed.
• Vacuum carpets and clean high-touch surfaces; maintain clean workflow.
