Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure gates and buildings; patrol premises and respond to emergencies.
• Verify authorized individuals; provide directions to customers and vendors.
• Check gate passes and departing vehicles to prevent theft.
• Greet customers and resolve complaints courteously.
• De-escalate difficult situations to protect interests and partners.
• Monitor for hazards and maintain safety information.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition; report issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and teamwork; communicate with auction staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
