Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Gate Clerk to manage entry and exit of vehicles, personnel and shipments across multiple trailer yard sites. You will coordinate with operations and transportation teams, verify appointments, and ensure efficient operations with strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience, familiarity with CCTV/access control, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CCTV cameras and access control technologies.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years administrative experience; proficiency in Sysnapse, McLeod, and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of transportation and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of trailer arrival and departure times.
• Verify driver appointments and confirmation numbers.
• Coordinate with security, operations, logistics, and management.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure warehouse operations.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Monitor incidents or suspicious activity and report to management.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts when needed.
• Understand RJW goals, policies, and procedures.
