Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to supervise the security team, manage inbound and outbound truck traffic, and oversee CCTV surveillance across RJW properties to ensure safety and security. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on security expertise.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Warehouse Operations for trailer processing, training security staff, and maintaining access control and alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other surveillance technologies is essential; preferred Exacq Vision, IVMS, and Synology experience.
• Experience with Access Control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team to ensure effective daily operations across RJW properties.
• Conduct regular surveillance checks and CCTV monitoring to maintain safety and security.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to ensure trailer processing and inventory tracking.
• Train new security personnel and provide ongoing training on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor and control access to facilities via video surveillance, alarms and access controls.
• Supervise security drills and safety exercises; perform special projects as needed.
