Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Gate Clerk to manage entry/exit of vehicles, personnel and shipments across multiple trailer yard sites. You will verify driver appointments, maintain records, and coordinate with security and operations to ensure smooth, secure operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of admin experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Sysnapse, McLeod, and MS Office. Shift is Mon-Fri 1:30pm–10:00pm, pay is $22/hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; administrative experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience; familiarity with logistics systems helpful.
• Proficiency with Sysnapse, McLeod software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of trailer arrival and departure times.
• Verify driver appointments and confirmation numbers.
• Coordinate with security, operations, logistics and management.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure warehouse operations.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Monitor and report incidents or suspicious activity.
