Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the Front Office Manager with daily operations of the front desk and ensuring premier guest service.

You'll lead and develop front desk teammates, monitor evening shift coverage, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain smooth check-in/check-out processes while upholding the property's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager with daily front desk operations and guest service.
• Oversee evening shift to ensure Manager On-Duty coverage.
• Help manage staff and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Contribute to a smooth check-in/check-out experience for guests.
