Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Must be able to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk and ensure top-level guest service.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily tasks and policy compliance.
• Manage staff and ensure evening shift coverage with Manager On-Duty presence.
