Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor for Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago. You will assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to multi-task, manage inventory, and support service excellence across shifts, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• Proven experience in a host/server/cashier role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of hospitality.
