Nobu Hotel Miami Beach is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to support the Front Office Manager in running daily front desk operations and delivering exceptional guest service. This role emphasizes leadership, staffing coordination, and adherence to hotel policies to ensure smooth evening service.

You will oversee the front desk team during the evening shift, maintain cash controls, and drive a culture of professionalism, accuracy, and warmth that elevates guest experiences

Qualifications

• 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests.
• Help manage the staff and ensure that all procedures and policies are followed.
• This position will work primarily the evening shift to ensure there is a Manager On-Duty in the evening.
