The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to stay calm in high-stress situations, with prior front-desk or healthcare office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/FA certification and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Healthcare front desk or receptionist experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
• Answer and direct calls, including crisis or after-hours inquiries.
• Monitor entry points for safety and compliance with visitation policies.
• Verify visitor credentials and maintain logs with confidentiality.
• Support admissions by collecting basic client information and notifying staff.
• Respond calmly to urgent or sensitive situations; assist with clerical tasks as needed.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication during evening hours; maintain reception area.
