Job summary

TS2 Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Associate (Front Desk) in Warrensburg, MO. You will be the front line of our hotel team, handling check-ins/outs, guest requests, and daily interactions to ensure a memorable stay.

You will work with a supportive team, engaging in front desk operations, room billing, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance to provide a smooth guest experience. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties including answering phones, guest check-in/check-out, billing and guest requests.
• Clean public and back-office spaces such as lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry and food & beverage operations as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints.
• Perform other duties as directed by hotel management.
