Job summary

TS2 Hospitality seeks a guest service associate to be the face of our hotel team. You will serve as the person in charge when managers are not on site and handle front desk duties including phones, check-in/check-out, and billing, all while delivering exceptional hospitality.

You must maintain a positive attitude, work well in a small team, and be flexible to cover weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to success in this role.
