Glacier Hills Senior Living Community in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Receptionist to support residents, families and staff with a welcoming front desk presence and efficient administrative support.

This part-time weekend role offers an evening shift (1:00 PM–6:00 PM every other Saturday and Sunday). A high school diploma is preferred, with prior receptionist or customer service experience valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Maintain the front desk and reception area.
• Perform administrative and record-keeping duties.
• Assist with correspondence, filing, and follow-up activities.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the Administrator/Designee with administrative tasks.
