Engage Hospitality is seeking dedicated Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors in the Berkeley area to uphold professional guest service and smooth daily operations. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle registrations and nightly reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures;
• Process guest registrations, room assignments, and verify rates and length of stay;
• Handle reservations and assist with maximizing occupancy;
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and records;
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accurate shift transactions;
• Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily reports (night shift);
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
• Communicate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations;
• Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures;
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area;
• Support a safe and respectful work environment; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
