Mt. Juliet Hospitality / Staybridge Suites is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hotel. You will greet guests, verify reservations, and assist with check-ins and check-outs to create a positive first impression.

The role involves 2:00 PM–10:00 PM evening shifts with a rotating Night Audit 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate works independently, handles multiple tasks, and maintains exceptional guest service during

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and basic cash handling.
• Ability to learn hotel management systems and follow established procedures.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify reservations, and assist with check-ins/outs to create a welcoming first impression.
• Interact professionally with guests and resolve questions, concerns, or service issues with courtesy.
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
• Handle emails, mail, and packages accurately and confidentially.
• Maintain guest records, perform data entry, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Utilize hotel management systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace to complete daily duties.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, cash handling, and billing inquiries.
• Perform Night Audit duties as scheduled and balance daily transactions.
