Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome individuals, families, visitors, and partners in a professional, person-centered manner.
• Answer calls and assist callers with general questions, directing to the right team.
• Provide afternoon and early evening front desk coverage.
• Assist with referrals and intake forms, routing to the appropriate program.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and ensure confidentiality and safety procedures.
