Responsibilities

• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Keeping the lobby and front desk area professional and organized.
• Completing shift reports and handoff notes for the next team member.
