Job summary

The Confluence Hotel in Hastings, Minnesota, is seeking an friendly Front Desk Guest Service Agent for evening shifts (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). You will greet guests, check them in and out, answer questions, and support a seamless stay.

Work with a welcoming team in the Rivertown district, assisting guests with local information, managing reservations, handling payments, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
