Job summary

The Confluence Hotel in Hastings, Minnesota, is seeking an friendly Front Desk Guest Service Agent for evening shifts (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). You will greet guests, check them in and out, answer questions, and support a seamless stay.

Work with a welcoming team in the Rivertown district, assisting guests with local information, managing reservations, handling payments, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests during evening shifts. Evening shift hours are typically 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
