Job summary

The Confluence Hotel in Hastings, Minnesota is seeking a friendly Front Desk Guest Service Agent for evening shifts (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). You will greet guests, check them in/out, and handle inquiries with professionalism in a busy hospitality setting.

Join our team to deliver exceptional service, manage reservations, and support housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a great guest experience. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system.
• Assist guests with information about local attractions, amenities, and services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
