Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for hotel guests and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Manage cash register and process payments accurately.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the hotel’s standards.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new drink recipes, trends, and techniques.
