Job summary

Associa is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator for our Deer Park Resort location. This part-time role covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (4pm-10pm or 2pm-8pm) and focuses on guest services, information provisioning, and basic recreation center upkeep.

Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting owners and guests, making reservations, and light cleaning of the Recreation Center. High school education and 1–2 years’ related experience preferred; confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of directly related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
• Needs to be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls.
• Assisting owners and guests with information.
• Making reservations and light cleaning of the Recreation Center.
