Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate for a full-time role in Cedar Park, TX. The 2pm–9pm shift greets visitors, answers calls, and coordinates with residents and staff to ensure a welcoming, organized lobby.

You will handle inquiries, route messages, and assist with basic resident services while maintaining a neat front entrance and professional, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred.
• Technology skills are important.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
