Job summary

The American Cancer Society, Inc. in Nashville, TN seeks a Night Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for guests, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. The role includes check-in/out, inquiries, and coordinating transportation and security.

The position runs Friday through Sunday from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM CT on-site, with management on call as needed. Pay is $19.50 per hour with enhanced benefits described on our careers site.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures (30%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and questions with a welcoming approach (20%).
• Complete administrative duties, data entry, and maintain guest records (15%).
• Handle guest concerns and emergencies, contacting management or emergency services as needed (15%).
• Perform evening facility tasks such as restocking, maintaining common areas, and prepping for next day (10%).
• Monitor lodge operations and safety during evening hours, working independently with on-call support (10%).
