Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting guests and coordinating check-in/check-out. The role supports transportation coordination and provides information about lodge amenities and community resources.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%).
• Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%).
